super excited to share this ~baking~ video today
if you know me, you know how big of a sweet tooth I have. watch us bake yukyung's famous earl grey cream puffs (they're SO good, I ate two lol). I've never made choux au craquelin before, so this was new and super fun for me!

recipe (we doubled it):
earl grey cream filling:
- 2 cups of whole milk
- 4 earl grey tea bags
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/4 corn starch
- 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

cookie top:
- 3½ tbsp unsalted butter
- 6½ sugar
- 4 tbsp flour
- pinch of salt

choux dough:
- 1 cup of water
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup of flour
- 4 eggs
