The Nine Tails is the strongest out of the 9 Tailed Beasts. But Why is it so much stronger? It's almost a disproportionate amount. In the fight between Naruto using the Kurama Avatar vs 5 other Bijuus he is able to tie the Tailed Beast Bomb in strength with them, and Naruto only had half of the 9 Tails chakra inside of him.

The Kyuubi is a dominant force of Nature and one of the most powerful chakras in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden. In the Naruto War Arc the Nine Tails even fights against the 10 Tails, and tanks a Juubi Bijuudama.
