This plenary examines the nature of change at an institutional level and how to gain support for and introduce a meaningful change strategy. How might campuses evaluate their readiness to embrace and build support for change within the organization, the faculty, and administration? Participants will learn about an integrative and equity-minded framework for initiating change that will help them explore three critical sets of questions: What level of support already exists; what kind of case can be made for the change being proposed; and what resources might be available to launch and accomplish the change?
