This cake is dark, moist, rich and incredibly decadent. Seriously, it’s the best chocolate cake I’ve ever tasted. The chocolate flavors isn’t overly sweet or intense, which is kinda of nice because once you add the ICING, it’s the perfect balance.

BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN ( 325 F OVEN FOR 40 MINUTES )
you can make 4 up to 5 trays, because I put too much in each tray USING 7x5 aluminum baking tray,
TIPS; DO NOT FILL YOUR MOLD WITH CAKE BEFORE BAKE, filling pans around 2/3 full is the best . This leaves room for rising.
MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE
2 cups all-purpose flour- p14
3/4 cup cocoa powder- 10
1/2 tbsp. baking powder- p0.25
1/2 tbsp. baking soda- p0.10
1 tsps. salt- p0.10
500 grams/ ml water-
2 cups brown sugar- p10
1 whole egg- p4
1/2 cup corn oil or vegetable oil - p10
2 tbsp white vinegar - p0.10
Caramel icing:
2 tall cans evaporated milk - p42
1/4 cup cornstarch - p11
1/2 cup brown sugar - p2.50
4 egg yolks - p16
112g butter - p21
