today were gonna be making this super cute and trendy shirred / ruched off the shoulder crop top!

I love tops like this cause theyre so simple to make but they look so darn good.

This is also a great diy if you're wanting to make something on a budget or use up leftover scraps as it uses less than 1 meter of fabric!
