In this video i have explained in detail about the consequences which the owner of a property or landlord has to face if they try to eject or evict the tenant with the help of police.
As per laws of pakistan, polie is not allowed to evict the tenant and it is rent tribunals who have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain such cases.
