On 3/28/24 I ordered a Barska Safe Model AX11780. It arrived and after unboxing and getting it into place I discovered that the internal battery compartment wasn’t sending power to the fingerprint reader. Now this is a 175lb rifle safe, not something I can just carry down to the UPS store to have a label slapped on it. I contacted the seller immediately and let them know. WB Gear (my seller) let me know that they would have someone contact me to “troubleshoot”. The manufacturer, Barska, has also been in contact with me after my first video showing the issue. They sent out a replacement battery compartment module to try to resolve my issue. This video shows my installation and continued issues with Barska after receiving and replace the battery compartment module.
