Servings: 18-20 pieces.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of cottage cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams of sugar (1/2 cup)
-1 egg
- 75 grams of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 240 grams of flour (1+1/3 cups)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Additionally:
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds or sugar

Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 15 minutes.
