Telling your unique story is essential to marketing your business and products. When you can tell your story in a way that connects with your target audience, it can transform your business.
This course was presented by Lailani Upham, an employee of the Blackfeet Nation and Lead Creative/Founder of Iron Shield Creative. Michele Thorne, strategic marketer and Executive Director of The Good Meat Project, and Kimberly Ratcliff, owner/operator of Ratcliff Premium Meats in Oakwood, TX, will give you the tools to help you identify your unique story and connect it to your marketing initiatives.
Our focus includes a deep dive into Indigenous storytelling as a hallmark of brand identity development and marketing strategy. This workshop is part of the Meat to Market program, an extensive online business training for livestock producers all across Indian Country, encouraging them to embrace the possibility of directly marketing their meat and providing skills to do so.
