Hey there! Xin here. I am here to tell you some of the reasons why we moved from California to Northeast Florida in 5 minutes. I moved here from California in early 2021 due to the lockdowns of the public schools in the pandemic. I used to be a software engineer and now I am a realtor in Ponte Vedra, Florida in St. Johns County.

Florida is the fastest growing state according to the Census and most of that population growth is due to migration from other states and Florida also claimed the second highest spot for international immigration. If you are interested in Florida but have no idea where to go I hope this is a good introduction to Northeast Florida.
