I wrote this piece at the beginning of Spring when I heard the chirps of the birds outside, singing away, and it gave so much joy! I was also in awe as there was a new baby in the family, and I wanted to create a song to mark the happiness of new life and joy, and the birds really know how to spread the joy!

Well… this song is interesting as it just came to me when I was in my special place named ‘Avalon’ I started channelling something… and I had no idea what I was singing… but it was most definitely the Faeries at work!

This song was played in my most recent video when I first ventured to ‘Avalon’ it is a piece that is grounding yet has faerie crown chakra energy… so a balance… I musically gave the piece elements of feeling at home as this is what I feel when I journey there…

This long version of the ‘Faebles wood’ song that is played later in the video was created to capture the magic of these woods here… there are so many structures, friends, bluebells at every corner… and I just can’t get enough! It is a relaxing humble piece that shows a slower pace of life with sudden burst of the faerie theme coming through.

I wanted a piece of music that captured an essence of feeling truly ‘me’ aligned and where I am meant to be… so I gave this piece an interesting twist of grounding with the deep tones, faerie flutters to feel in awe, and then Alwyn’s theme comes in to truly bring us home!

What can I say... this theme just gives such a whimsical feeling and I remember writing it as it came into my head before I wrote it… and I thought… did I just write this?! There is a faerie falls that runs through faebles woods… and it’s full of twists and turns… I love to venture there after it rains as it overflows with goodness!

Wouldn’t you love to go a pirates picnic?! Full of mead, rum and salted bread? This piece was written when so inspired by pirate energy during the equinox… it tells an adventure and curiosity!

This piece is so much fun and yet earthy and again… curious… I wrote it when being inspired by my new place I ventured to that I named ‘Pirates Bere’ Meaning Pirate woods.

I wrote this piece when spring was just coming to light this year… it was a piece full of curiosity and mystery… What will happen this year? Where will new life begin to grow? What is happening beneath the surface? The roots were growing and the soil bubbling away, it was an exciting time for the woods and animals of the forest.

The new and improved Elven lullaby will hopefully send you into another realm of sleep as you watch the golden hour within Faebles wood

This piece… well it is obviously recognisable… it was my first piece I ever wrote for Alwyn oak and it sums up so many influences of mine… it was such an exciting time and will forever hold a place within my heart!

This piece carries the same tune as ‘in a faeries garden’ but with a gentle lullaby feeling… it also holds my favourite chord progression … major to parallel minor… ah… heavenly… !!
