This video explains how to perform a factory reset on most JBL wireless Bluetooth headphones.
We also describe how to confirm that the factory reset occurred.
Press and hold the Volume+ and Volume- buttons for about 5 seconds until the headphones shut themselves down. They will restart shortly after and automatically enable the Bluetooth pairing process.
Now remove the headphones from the Bluetooth menu on your smartphone (iPhone o Android) or any other device that you are using the headphones with.
Pair the headphones again with your devices.
