Home minister Amit Shah along with Tripura chief minister Manik Saha ate lunch with BJP workers in Chandipur. The home minister also posed for selfies with BJP workers. The state is going to the polls later this month and election campaign is in full swing. BJP is pitted against the Congress-CPM-Tipra combine in the state. The BJP has left 5 of the 60 seats for its alliance partner the IPFT.
