Made a video of me fighting the Tyrant in both the Lab and Heliport with the Knife Only on Normal difficulty. I can definitely do a No Damage Clear.

You HAVE to use the Rocket Launcher to beat the game, and as long as you do enough damage, you'll get the Rocket Launcher before Brad drops it at around 45 seconds left. Successful fight without the "coward's way out."
