For the filling:
1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml)
1 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder, to taste
1 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup / honey / a few drops of stevia

1 banana
1/2 cup berries (120 ml) for example, strawberries & blueberries
1 tablespoon crushed hazelnuts
1 piece 80 % dark chocolate, melted

1. Cut the banana in half (lengthwise) and put it on a plate
