At the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, we have several initiatives to engage Youth in agriculture including RAS Rural Achiever, Sydney Royal Showgirl and RAS Young Farmer Challenge. It is important for the future of our industry that we continuously develop our Youths’ skills and knowledge and build their confidence to bring out the best in our future leaders.
