TCI th350 2nd gear went out. Trans was bought 8/2020 install 10/2020, 2nd gear went out 3/2021. Only 160 miles on trans- trans install Plymouth Arrow light truck with 3.07 rear MT street tires not driven hard at all. I sent TCI picks of shaving in the pan. TCI said it was from my stall not there problem. Remove trans took it apart found TCI harden ring cracked in 1/2 at the oil hole, retaining lose clip not install and drum mess-up sprags broke. Sent TCI picks and then called - TCI said 30 warranty they did not even offer to repair it. TCI was no help just did not care at all. My old th350 was built 2009 local shop. Wonted this 1 re-freshen up local shop caught C-19 and shut down that's how TCI came into play. This Trans by TCI rated for 750hp it should hole 750 hp if they puts this out there at a selling point. If TCI was local man it would lot of us pulling up at there shop blowing horns at them to stand be-hand there product. This is flat out wrong the way they did me. If any 1 in need of a trans i would stick local. I hope no 1 his to go through this. I bought some parts from summit racing and pulling parts of my old trans to get the TCI trans back up and running. I bought the Sonnax new ring with the holes on the outer edge. I could not afford the 36 drum setup right now. Shame on TCI
