This is KFC style of a delicious and savory sweet and sour pork.
INGREDIENTS
-1Kilo pork kasim thinly sliced into bite size pieces
-3Tbsp cornstarch
-4Tbsp fish sauce
-ground black pepper
-1cup all purpose flour
-1/2cup cornstarch
-ground black pepper
-almost 1cup water
-1/4 cup light brown sugar
-1/4 cup vinegar
-1/4 cup pineapple juice (from pineapple chunks)
-1Tbsp oyster sauce
-1-2Tbsp corsntarch
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper for the sweet and sour sauce (missing clip)
-3pcs sliced onion
-5cloves chopped garlic
-2pcs sliced red bell pepper
-1 and 1/4cup pineapple chunks
-sesame seeds (optional)
