Winning the Bundesliga, would be a hell of a statement from Julian Nagelsmann and his side, but even a strong Champions League run - beyond the group stages would be seen as an achievement for the first season in charge from the German coach. Let’s have a look at how Julian Nagelsmann’s style. Nagelsmann is a pragmatic manager meaning his defensive shape and pressing traps are dependent on how their opponents are building, for example if they play through a defensive midfielder, he will set up a trap centrally by inviting them to play through his strikers before having one of the central midfield’s “jump” onto the number six after a bad touch or receiving the ball with their back to play and look to win the ball back high and directly counter.
