Hey there! This time we are flying SWISS Airlines intra-European service from Zurich to Madrid.
This is a very special flight as we will be trying the NEW Airbus A220-300, previously known as Bombardier CS 300 (CSeries). SWISS was the first airline to introduce this aircraft to its fleet. The airline started operating the Bombardier CSeries in July 2016.
The cabin crew were really friendly and delivered a professional and attentive service throughout the flight. During this short flight, a small snack was served. It consisted of a warm pastry and a drink of your choice. I also liked the cute little Swiss chocolates they offered towards the end of the flight. The seat was quite comfortable and the legroom was nice for a flight this long.
