Politics of blood seems to be trending in Assam this election season.
After senior political leaders of the state like Pradyut Bordoloi, Rupak Sarma, Tarun Gogoi and many others, now the candidates of the Congress and the BJP for Guwahati - Bobbeeta Sarma and Queen Ojah have joined their colleagues in trying to garner support by playing politics over blood.
While, Congress candidate Bobbeeta Sarma said that blood of indigenous people run through her vein, BJP candidate Queen Ojah said that Assamese blood run through her vein.
