Quick tutorial showing you how to se a new homescreen wallpaper on your Palm PVG100 Pepito because you've been told you can't do that.
This method will work on most Android phones who have only the option to Set a Lockscreen Wallpaper but not homescreen. I have no idea what were Palm thinking but there we go.
