New Zealand Astronomer Frank Andrews describes the Celestron PowerSeeker 80EQ which is a 80mm refracting telescope mounted on a manual equatorial mount. This is a good astronomical telescope for the more serious beginner as it allows very good views of the moon and plants from Singapore.
