Super Moist And Fudgy , The Viral Matilda Chocolate Cake!
Made with basic ingredients! Must try out!
Ingredients 🌸
One Egg ( room temperature )
125g Sugar
60g Oil
Few drops of Vanilla Essence
110g Flour
35g Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
100g Milk ( room temperature )
90g Boiling Water ( mix with one tsp instant coffee )
Ganache 🌸
80g Butter
80g Heavy Cream
50g Sugar
130g Dark Chocolate
10g Cocoa Powder
For Cake 💐
- Take a bowl and add egg , sugar , oil and vanilla essence! Mix until sugar gets completely dissolved and gets creamy texture!
- Now add all dry ingredients and mix gently!
- Now add milk and mix gently , then add boiling water ( mix with one tsp instant coffee ) and mix with soft hands!
- Transfer the batter into mould and bake this at 150C in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean!
For Ganache 💐
- Take a pan and add butter , heavy cream and sugar! Heat up on very low flame and mix until smooth!
- Now add chunks of dark chocolate and mix until melts!
- Add cocoa powder at end and mix well!
- Transfer ganache into bowl and freeze it for atleast 45 to 50 minutes before using!
For Assembling 🥀
- Let cake completely cool down after taking out of oven , cut its surface evenly and from centre!
- Spread ganache in centre and place other half on top! Cover uper and sides smoothly ( no hurries )
- And let it cool down in fridge!
