My Creedence Clearwater Revival Playlist! [ Ссылка ]

In this Proud Mary guitar lesson, I will show you how to play this massive classic rock hit by Creedence Clearwater Revival in its entirety.

There are two different tunings used for Proud Mary. John Fogerty tuned down one whole-step for his guitar parts. That tuning is, starting from the 6th string, D G C F A D. The majority of the lesson will be covering "Proud Mary" as John Fogerty plays it, since it is he that played all of the fills and solo.

Tom Fogerty's guitar parts are tuned to standard tuning, E A D G B E. It is the combination of these different tunings that creates the very full guitar sound during the chord progressions. That sound is created by Tom playing the same chords as John, but in a higher voicing. I will cover all of Tom's guitar chords at the end of the lesson video.

I will take you through each section of the song in the order that each appears on the original recording. From the instantly recognizable intro riff, through all of the hybrid picked fills and John Fogerty's solo, it is all here.
