This is a portion of a longer online class I taught. This is a drill I learned when training with Professor Nicolas Saignac that works stability, mobility, timing, distancing, punching, transitions. There is a lot to gain from this very simple drill.
In this clip, I show how to begin the drill and then how to expand it for when you grow in strength, stability, and flexibility.
It's not about doing "Savate", but rather challenging yourself with a proven exercise that cultivates attributes and increase our ability to more efficiently apply ourselves.
