A very nice Owl Cookie Mold that makes a small sculptured cookie. Baking Springerle cookies is fun and makes a great conversation piece at parties and gatherings. Make some yummy memories.
I forgot to mention that you let this dough rest for 60 minutes before baking at 265 degrees for 25 minutes approx. on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. I am constantly trying new recipes. I kneaded in a little too much flour which sometimes can make the cookies crack. (Try to avoid this) Also, if you use bleached flour the cookies will be whiter.
