The need for establishment of a full-fledged OPD Block for Super Speciality Hospital was felt due to heavy rush of patients to the existing hospital which could not cater for the heavy rush of patients coming from different parts of the valley, besides Poonch & Rajouri districts which are now easily accessible through Mughal Road. Also from Ramban district which gets easy access by frequent train service. Patients prefer better consultation/patient care of this hospital, thus they visit this hospital frequently for better health care.
