Their common room has not been entered by outsiders for over a thousand years and is the only common room that Harry Potter did not visit in any of the seven books! It is located right next to the Hogwarts kitchens and can be accessed via a stack of barrels stacked on the right-hand side of the corridor. To enter, one must tap the barrel in the middle of the second row in the rhythm of "Helga Hufflepuff." It is also the only common room with a built-in defense system. If anyone taps the wrong rhythm or the wrong barrel, they are immediately doused in vinegar.
