Ingredients - Moong Dal Dhuli - 1 bowl
Green amaranth greens ( green Chaulai saag ) - 1 bowl
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Required water
Ingredients for tempering
Oil - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Turmeric - a pinch (for colour)
red chili powder as per taste
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
Grated Garlic - 6-7 buds
Finely chopped onion - 1 small
Garnishing
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cumin - 1/2 tbsp
Cloves - 4
Whole red chili - 1
Garlic - 4 buds (long - chopped)
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1/4 tsp (for colour)
