Come see what I received in my recent $20 Enail Couture scoop! Though I do really enjoy the tips, and this scoop in particular was great, this will probably be my last scoop at least for quite a while. I have a lot of product to use, and I made a note of it in my video, but unfortunately I've been hearing of some people having trouble with Customer Service.
While I don't exactly like to talk negatively about brands, I do also believe in accountability and transparency. I do think there are some issues with the consistency of the scoops, and while I understand that even the smaller scoops are well worth the money, I think the way CS responds to inquiries from customers who were confused about the inconsistencies is important too. I just think more transparency on what seems to be a trend of the first ones being sold being the biggest would help a lot! I do like the products, and especially the nail tips, and the $20 and color scoops seem to be a great deal, but maybe not so much the super scoops. But let me know what you all think if you've purchased a scoop! I'm always open for discussion 😊
