Overall, comparing the two options, I think a lash lift has a bit of an edge. Definitely, to me, it's safer and healthier. The biggest issue with a lash lift is the actual process itself. You do have to have adhesive around your eyes and chemicals around your eyes, but comparatively that's only for less than an hour compared to permanently having lash extensions on your eyes for a period of weeks at a time.
