At 30 weeks pregnant you are in the third trimester of your pregnancy and at 30 weeks pregnant you are 7 months pregnant. You may by experiencing symptoms such as backaches, braxton hicks contractions, heartburn, increased fetal movement, leg cramps, round ligament pain and nasal congestion. At 30 weeks pregnant symptoms can also include shortness of breath, swelling, fatigue and pelvic pain.
At 30 weeks, the baby lungs will continue to develop and will be developing surfactant and important substance that keeps their air sacs open. You might notice that the baby will move in response to your external touch of your belly. During this week the baby might move into a head down position. The baby is starting to fill out with fat stores being deposited under the skin.
At 30 weeks pregnant the baby's fruit/vegetable size is compared to a large cabbage.
It is common to see symptoms come and go. You might also see these 30 weeks pregnant symptoms disappear or be gone altogether.
