Ingredients:
1. 8 ounce Pack Shredded Coconut
2. 1 cup Melted Coconut Oil
3. 25 Drops Liquid Stevia
4. 1 ½ cups Warm Homemade Pumpkin Puree: [ Ссылка ]
5. 2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
6. 1 Tbsp Ground Ginger
7. 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Steps:
1. In a blender, combine Shredded Coconut, Melted Coconut Oil, and Liquid Stevia and blend until creamy.
2. Add Homemade Pumpkin Puree, Cinnamon, Ginger, and Vanilla Extract and blend until well combined.
3. Place mixture into silicon muffin moulds and flatten with spoon or fingers.
4. Freeze for 1 hour.
5. Eat and Enjoy!!!
