Do you prefer customer loyalty or satisfaction?
It is important to have both in business and sales, but which is more important?
Customer loyalty means that the customer will be out there promoting your brand via word of mouth and more.
Whereas customer satisfaction means that the customer was happy with your product.
Typically, if a customer is loyal, they are also satisfied but not the other way around.
