Hands up if you are scared of what to eat after cancer.
I was sitting in on a virtual cancer support group awhile back and could not believe the amount of misinformation that was being floated around.
You see, there are so many “experts” online who will freely tell you that sugar/dairy/meat/etc will cause your cancer to come back. It’s exhausting to listen to!
But here’s the truth! None of these foods should be avoided completely! There is no one food to never eat again. Period.
I don’t know about you survivor sister, but as a thriver myself, food is important to me and so much more than just nutrition. It’s how I connect with my little boy, my friends and family. It’s cultural and how I celebrate. So I eat everything, but in moderation.
