We try out our new raclette grill - the Boska Raclette Mini. While we have had fondue many times, this is our first time trying raclette. This mini grill is perfect for a party of two! We understand that raclette is popular on New Year's Eve in Germany as well as a popular winter dish in Switzerland. We would love to make it a tradition here in the U.S.!
