Afghanistan has declared Tuesday a national day of mourning,...following Monday's deadly attack on Kabul University in the country's capital.
Islamic State claimed responsibility for the assault.

Kyung-eun, tells us more.
Mok-yeon, thousands of students at Kabul University had to flee on Monday,...after gunmen blew up the school's gates and started shooting.
This is the second attack on civilians in Kabul in the last 10 days.
During Monday's attack, at least 22 people died,.. and 22 others were injured.
Several students were also taken hostage for at least 5 hours before security forces cleared the scene.
"Attackers entered the university. They were shooting at every student they saw, including those running away. A number of my friends and I were able to escape through the other gate of the university."
Later on Monday, Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack.
This comes amid continuing violence in the country,...despite peace talks with the Taliban brokered by the U.S.
The Taliban has denied involvement in the attack.
