Today I will review the book: "Rule one investing", is it really true that you can earn 15% or higher rate of return while the market is going flat for little or no risk?

Well, Phil town uses a number of different techniques to limit the risk that he has while investing. His strategy is called: Rule one investing.
Rule one investing was originally created by Benjamin Graham, who taught Warren Buffet and Charlie Munger.
That's right, Warren Buffet, the second richest man in the world is a rule one investor.
Phil town learned from a student of warren buffet's, he later created the "Rule one investing" company, which is based off of warren buffet's rule: "Never lose money!!!"

If you are curious of what rule number two is, it's "don't forget rule one"

The rule one strategy is the opposite of "Modern Portfolio theory" in which everyone believes in.
Rule one investing is used by almost all successful investors, (those millionaires and billionaires) It is the best way to riches if you are looking to invest!
