Classic Game Room plays a preview copy of the rad FRONT MISSION EVOLVED from Square Enix. Wanzer fans rejoice, the amazing turn based strategy game makes a very fun shooter where you hop in a mech, outfit it with guns and missiles and then fight enemies in urban landscapes. Multiplayer combat rounds out an already fun game, I really dug Front Mission Evolved and I'm a HUGE Front Mission fan. Space Invaders Infinity Gene is another awesome game from Square Enix, a download game for PS3 and Xbox 360 I believe. This one reminds me of Space Invaders Extreme mixed with Japanese SHMUP style shooters and Tron. Very cool and one of the best games I played at E3 (mind you I like arcade games). In face, Square Enix was one of the best booths that I visited, right up there with Sega and Konami. This CGR review shows Mark playing Front Mission Evolved gameplay which feels like a fun, well made shooter based on the Front Mission series with high quality Wanzer giant robot style game play, Front Mission Evolved! I also played Front Mission Evolved on PC in 3D, but to be honest I preferred it on PS3 in 2D. Front Mission is one of the best series going, glad to see it get the gold treatment from Square Enix!
