💪 Exercise Goals:
• Range of Motion: Ensure the child can move their muscles as far as possible.
• Strength: Engage muscles against resistance.
• Endurance: Build stamina for prolonged use.
🍴 Examples of Oral Motor Exercises:
• Tongue Protrusion: Sticking the tongue out.
• Tongue Elevation: Lifting the tongue up.
• Tongue Depression: Lowering the tongue.
• Tongue Lateralization: Moving the tongue side to side.
• Lip Rounding: Puckering the lips.
• Jaw Retraction: Pulling the jaw backward.
