This was something I kinda wanted to cover this year since, after listening to it, it's actually really catchy. Initially I was gonna hold off depending on whether or not I was gonna do a full Touhou Week this year. Those plans fell through, so I wound up doing this anyway.
I tried going for a mix of classical and hard rock sound for this, since in ZUN's words, "you can't have a maid without hard rock", but I'm not 100% sure the instruments I used exactly fit that goal. Either way, I knew I had to have the choir in the middle, so I broke out FL Studio once again and made some choir .wav files to use as DPCM samples. Also, just like with Shanghai Alice of Meiji 17, I greatly prefer the in-game pitch compared to the MIDI pitch since I think the chords fit the song better, though as before I've included both since I still think they sound good in the original.
