Although the WAN (Wide Area Network) Led is flashing - your meter may or not not be communicating with the data network DCC
My meter does NOT auto communicate with the supplier so it is likely there is no 3G/4G SIM card installed. In this case use an App or Excel to keep track and calculate consumption. Its just a digital meter.
Manual readings are required unless your electricity supplier can remote access via WAN or can access via long wave radio.
If you have TWO rates then Cycle Button6. If ONE rate just cycle button9
IMP means Import Register which is the reading your supplier needs.
RO1 = E7 cheaper Night rate Midnight to 7am (Approx 14p/kWh in UK)
RO2 = standard Day rate 7am to Midnight (Approx 18p/kWh in UK)
1kWh = Energy use (Power * time) = 1Unit on the meter
1kW heater switched ON for 1 hour will result in 1 unit increment on the meter
