Cornerstone Barristers hosted a Webinar on 04/05/2020 titled: How should the PSED be addressed in homelessness decisions under Part 7 Housing Act 1996? Do the Courts expect to see in decision letters? What happens if the duty is overlooked or not properly complied with?
