On many fountain pens, you can change out the nibs for other ones if they're a standard size. The most common one is the #6 size nib, which Brian Goulet demonstrates on this Diplomat Aero. You can do this with many other pens in a similar way.

DISCLAIMER: taking the nib and feed out of your pen may be in violation of the manufacturer's warranty should you do anything to break it. This is considered a "hack" and is done at your own risk. That said, it's your pen and you can do with it what you will as long as you are okay with whatever happens as a result!
