"Social finance" is a broad umbrella term used to describe a toolbox of new concepts that can support capacity and resources for community-driven governance solutions. New collaborations and unlikely partnerships are generating a host of innovative opportunities to change the status quo and support new solutions. This keynote presentation explores the question of how they can be used to support watershed governance and related investments for the benefit of ecosystems and communities.
This presentation was part of the three-day forum: "Watersheds 2014: Towards Watershed Governance in British Columbia and Beyond" which was held on Cowichan Tribes territory in Duncan, British Columbia from January 27th to 29th, 2014. For more information on Watersheds 2014, please visit [ Ссылка ]
