Roland MIDI keyboard controller EDIROL PCR-300, PCR-500, PCR-800 series driver for Windows 10 and Windows 11.

This is technically the Windows 8 driver for EDIROL PCR MIDI keyboards (last official version released by Roland) but it works perfectly also on Windows 10 and 11.
The file RDIF1027.INF has been modified to allow install on Windows 10 and 11.

Follow these steps to install the EDIROL PCR driver on Windows 10 or Windows 11:

STEP 1:
Uninstall earlier driver version (if present due to upgrade to Windows 10 from older Windows)

STEP 2:
Run the Command prompt in Administrator mode and execute the following two commands:

BCDEDIT -Set LoadOptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
BCDEDIT -Set TESTSIGNING ON

If you get error when setting TESTSIGNING ON due to Secure Boot being active in your system,
you will need to deactivate it from BIOS (you can reactivate it later).

STEP 3:
Run Setup.exe
Follow the installer instructions, allow installation also if "unknown manufacturer" pops up...
This is normal because the hash signature of the original installer file does not recognize the hack.

STEP 4:
Run the Command prompt in Administrator mode and execute the following two commands:

BCDEDIT -Set LoadOptions ENABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
BCDEDIT -Set TESTSIGNING OFF

Activate again Secure Boot from BIOS if you had to deactivate it at step 2.
You can check the Secure Boot state with msinfo32 if needed.
