INGREDIENTS:
All-purpose flour or Bread flour - 400 g or 3 cups
salt - 7 g or 1.5 tsp
sugar - 45 g or 3 tbsp
milk powder - 45 g 3 tbsp
yeast - 7 g or 1.5 tsp
egg - 1 medium
water - 180 g or 1 cup
butter for grease on top
**instead of milk powder and water you can use liquid milk (180g) as well. **
