A shocking incident in Sahibganj in Jharkhand. A couple was threatened, abused and paraded naked over an alleged love affair. The villagers made a video of the entire incident which later went viral on social media.
After getting the information about the incident, Police rushed to the spot and saved the couple who was almost about to get lynched. Tensed situation prevails the village for some time. After the couple was paraded naked, the village panchayat gathered and slapped a fine of 5 lakhs on the youth over the alleged affair.
A case has now been registered against the villagers and investigation is underway.
