The Mini DV Camera was another ebay camera that I did buy in order to try and escape the whole expensive "GoPro" scene.
When I first opened the box then I was very impressed with the accessories that does come with this camera, I was also impressed by a quick video test of the camera too...
However, when I put the this camera through a number of tests, I quickly realized that this camera is not good enough for what I want my cameras to do. The tests I done with this cama was one
1) Wore it on my belt and walked down the street / around the supermarket with (nb: Video footage was too shaky)
2) Installed it inside a rally car (see video and how one of the cameras suffered from interference in addition to this I found out that this camera records in ten minute segments and not in one simple long video file)
3) Attached this camera to the bottom of a Remote Control Helicopter, (NB: I found the camera to be "alright" for this kind of activity)
I know allot of you guys are having allot of success with this camera however, this camera has now forced me to buy 2 new Drift 720P HD Action cameras (which I love). Any way hope this video helps.
